Week 5 in the NFL:
Packers at Redskins:
Redskins are coming off a good win in Phily, now a talented Green Bay team comes to town. Packers should win this, even though they are struggling to run the ball with Kuhn and Jackson. Rodgers does enough to get a Packers victory.
Rams at Lions
Sam Bradford continues his good play. Jackson and Clayton should help the Rams offense. The Lions are without Matthew Stafford, Shaun Hill will have Nate Burleson back, but the Rams defense should handle the Lions defense. Rams win this one.
Broncos at Ravens
QB surprise Kyle Orton faces the #1 pass defense in the league. With Flacco taking better care of the ball, the Ravens should win this one.
Buccaneers at Bengals
Cincinnati's coming off a disappointing loss. Their offense, specifically Carson Palmer hasn't looked good. Their defense plays well against a poor Buc's offensive line and make life hard on Josh Freeman. Bengals win an important game before their bye next week.
Jaguars at Bills
Garrard holds on to his job for another week. The Bills with Jackson and Spiller now at running back, will try and give the Bills a running game. The Jag's win this, because the Bills don't have enough weapons.
Chiefs at Colts
The Colts have the weapons on offense, but their defense must play better. Facing the unbeaten Chiefs, the defense has to stop the run and stay off the field. As long as Peyton is under center the Colts have a chance. They have to help their defense by controlling the time of possession. Colts win at home.
Falcons at Browns
Cleveland is coming off a big win, and the Falcons got lucky last week. Ryan has to take care of the ball. The Falcons should be able to run and play ball control offense. Atlanta wins again.
Bears at Panthers
Julius Peppers goes home to Carolina. Bears won't have Cutler after concussion. Todd Collins starts. The Bears will need to run the ball. Their defense should be able to keep the team in the game, Jimmy Clausen looked better last week, but with limited weapons will struggle against this defense.
Giants at Texans
The Giants defense looked unstoppable against the Bears. They'll be facing a tougher offense. Texans win with their offense.
Saints at Cardinals.
Cardinals are starting rookie QB, Hall and the Saints are without Bush, or Thomas. Hall will also be without Breaston or Doucet. Chris Ivory and Ladell Betts should provide the Saints with enough of a running game. Saints have too many weapons for the Cardinals to combat.
Chargers at Raiders
San Diego had a great win last week. Their 3rd rank offense should be able to put up points. Rivers and the Chargers need to take care of the ball. The Raiders are an improved team, but the Chargers win this one.
Titans at Cowboys
The Cowboys are coming off a bye and a much needed victory. The Titans lead the league in sacks, and unless the Cowboys can run the ball, Romo will be running from Titans defenders all game. The Cowboys win this one, because the Titans offense won't do enough to win the game.
Eagles at 49ers
After losing Vick and the game, the Eagles will turn to former starter Kolb, when they face the49ers. San Francisco is still winless, after blowing the game against the Falcons last week. The team with the most turnovers losses this game. Both teams need a win, and this is an important game for Kolb, and Alex Smith.
