Randy Moss Back Home with the Minnesota Vikings

The New England Patriots traded their deep threat wide receiver Randy Moss, to the Minnesota Vikings for a 3rd round draft pick.

The deal makes sense if the Patriots believed they wouldn't be able to resign Moss after this season. Thinking long term, it's better to get something for Moss then loss him for nothing. That being said, lossing Moss will have a huge impact on Tom Brady, Wes Welker, and the New England team.

With no feared down field threat, Welker will findi it more difficult to get open as will teh tight ends. Hopefully, Tate can step up and fill some of the void.

For the Vikings, this is a good signing, they've need receiving help all year. The question is, will Moss arrive in time to propel the Vikings into a playoff team.
