Albert Haynesworth Says He's Not a Slave, I Say He's A Fool

Albert Haynesworth has been a major distraction for Mike Shanahan, and the Washington Redskins all off season. Unhappy with the change to a 3-4 defense, Haynesworth has handled it like a spoiled child. Recently the Redskins defender made some outlandish statements in an interview. "Just because somebody pay you money don't mean they'll make you do whatever they want or whatever. I mean, does that mean everything is for sale? "I mean, I'm not for sale. Yeah, I signed the contract and got paid a lot of money, but ... that don't mean I'm for sale or a slave or whatever."  I'm not sure Haynesworth understands slavery. To compare his situation with slavery, is ridiculous. Haynesworth isn't beaten, chained, separated from his family, forced to work for nothing.  He's an unhappy, high priced athlete, and has nothing in common with a slave. In fact, Haynesworth is paid if he works or not, no slave has ever enjoyed that "perk."
