What Dallas Cowboys Must Do to Win Against Texans

With the 2-0 Texans, facing the 0-2 Cowboys, this week, things don't get much bigger for big D.

For Dallas, there's obviously pressure to get their first win of the season. Jason Garrett, the offensive coordinator who was on his way to a head coaching job, is now trying to hold on to his job.  When you have the talent at your disposal that he has, you wonder how this offense has struggled. In the first two games, the high rusher for the Cowboys, failed to rush for 40 yards.  In week one, the Cowboys rushed the ball 22 times, and averaged 4.8 yards per rush, while passing 48 times.  Why the lack of rushing? The most they were down in the game, was 10, hardly a reason to panic and abandon the run.

The Cowboys need to run the ball, and they should be able to do so with,  Choice, Jones, and Barber.

Though it's only week 3 of the season, the Cowboys know they need a win. Playing in the competitive NFC East, will make it difficult to overcome an 0-3 start.

To win, the Cowboys need to, run the ball, control the time of possession, and keep the Texans offense on the bench. Have a more controlled offense. Dallas doesn't want to get into a shoot out with Houston.
