NFL Week 3 The Day After

After Fitzpatrick did his Jim Kelly impersonation in almost leading the Bills to an upset victory over the Patriots, his backup and former starter, Trent Edwards was released.   Not sure Fitzpatrick is the answer, but Edwards wasn't.

The 49ers fired their offensive coordinator, which means Alex Smith will be working with yet another new offensive coordinator, something he's done every year he's arrived in the league. That was going to change with the new 2nd year coordinator, but it didn't work out. Not sure if the coordinator or the QB is the problem, maybe it was both.

Leon Washington is out of New York, but he put on a show in Seattle with 2 kick off returns for a touchdown.

Larry Johnson may have a new job soon, and the Saints kicker may be looking for one after missing a chip shot to give the Saints a victory over the Falcons.

Throughout the season heroes will rise and fall,  Hartley, and Janikowski were fallen heroes missing a game winning field goal.

The St. Louis Rams, Seattle Seahawks, were heroes, both winning in upsets. Charlie Batch, Michael Vick, were both heroes, hard to believe when neither started the year as starters.

Love the NFL, something exciting always happening.

Bears take on the Packers tonight, and Aaron Rodgers look to lead the Packers to victory and make an early case for MVP. While, Cutler will try and continue his good play.
